About Upward Basketball

At Westside, Upward Basketball is hands-down our most popular sport. This is a league where young basketball players can create their own athletic journeys and begin development into total athletes (mentally, athletically, spiritually, and socially).

Who can play?

All children ages 5 through 8th grade are welcome to play.

How much does it cost?

Early Registration

$129 per player (September 1st - 22nd, 2024)

Regular Registration

$149 per player (September 23rd - October 27th, 2024)

When does the season take place?

The season will take place during the months of November - February. Practices will begin the week of November 11th, 2024. Practice nights will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.* The majority of games will take place on Saturdays. There will be a few games on Friday nights for middle school participants.

Note: Each child will practice on one of the above nights. The day and time will be the same throughout the entire season.

Where does everything happen?

All games and practices will take place at Westside Baptist Church.
